LA SPIRITOSA |
|
This name mirrors the lively personality of Dilva
Dutto (“Didi” for friends). Since when she used to
compete in Rally races she has been enjoying the
preparation of liquors. At the beginning she would
present her friends with her creations, but later
this passion became a real business in 1999.
She opened a laboratory in Monterosso Grana, in the
province of Cuneo, with a clear idea in mind: she
wanted to put in a bottle the flavors of her land,
starting from those natural raw ingredients that
have allowed her to yield a typical genuine product. |

DIDI with the painter
CLAUDIO BERLIA |
|
“I have been working with Armando Cordero, who has
shared with me the desire to produce liquors
utilizing herbs and fruit from Cuneo's Valleys. |
In 2000 I was given the first prestigious award
“L'artigiano radioso”. |
|
Afterwards, the Japanese Tv channel “Link Japan”
contacted me to film a documentary in Monterosso
Grana about the several stages involved in the
preparation of my liquors. |
From my encounter with the painter Claudio Berlia
came the idea to dress my bottles with a series of
his delicate and funny works, giving birth to
elegant labels that give my bottles that special
touch”. |
